CAS - SCALEX
CAS – SCALEX is an acidic powder product, which is used to clean furring and mineral residues in the cooling systems, steam and hot water boilers, the heat exchangers, evaporators and air coolers at the sea water side. It contains metal protecting inhibitor. Its damage of precision metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized steel has been minimized.

5-10 kg CAS-SCALEX powder is dissolved in 100 kg water to prepare solution. Prepared solution is applied by circulation or immersion method. The pH control should be made frequently during the applications and if the pH level of the solution has exceeded 3, CAS-SCALEX powder should be added gradually until the pH level is 1. During application, protective clothing, gloves, goggles and masks should be used, air ventilation should be provided.
