CEMYAK-AST
CEMYAK – AST, is a special produced natural, undoped product, which is use to clean soot and institution deposits in the gas section of the turbocharged diesel engine. It is produced by stabilizing the fruit coat via passing through a severeal mechanical process. No chemicals are used during the production process. It is a completely natural and a harmless product. CEMYAK – AST burns as soon as it enters the turbine, it provides combustion by lowering the combustion temperature of soot and carbon.

CEMYAK – AST is injected into the gas line with the compressed air. For 8.000 – 10.000 HP machines, usage of 0,6 – 0,8 dm3 CEMYAK – AST will be enough to keep the turbines clean. Cleaning should be repeated if the gas temperature is 20 °C more than the average temperature after the turbine. Gas inlet temperature before the turbine should not exceed 580 °C. Otherwise CEMYAK – AST will burn before reaching the turbine and applying cleaning.
